Notre Dame, Indiana, University of Notre Dame du Lac seeks a Marketing Analytics Program Manager in Notre Dame, IN. Duties: 50% – Marketing analytics – This position manages analytics for all Keough School digital channels, including websites, social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and paid media campaigns for recruitment. The Program Manager identifies and implements the necessary tracking tools to measure marketing results, collects and reports on data to stakeholders, and develops insights that help to grow audiences and drive more efficient use of resources across the school. 30% – Institute marketing and analytics oversight – This position leads marketing and analytics strategy and implementation for the entire school, including all of its Institutes and Centers on driving traffic to their websites, assists in managing and tracking analytics for specific campaigns, fosters best practices for maximizing effectiveness in using social media platforms, and implements processes that bring the Keough School and the Institutes and Centers into alignment with each other, such as on accessibility standards and Keough School branding. This position is instrumental in leading school communicators to utilize analytics and data in overall communications strategy. 10% – Social media platforms – This position will develop strategies for the entire school for effectively using social media platforms to support recruitment of undergraduate and graduate students, alumni relations, policy initiatives, and the School’s overall reputation among relevant audiences. This includes understanding the functionality and capacity of each platform, proposing strategies for effectively using digital media platforms, and developing and implementing initiatives to support the goals of the Keough School. 10% – Manages student workers – The Program Manager is responsible for creating and implementing content directed at engaging undergraduate students, including social media posts, videos and stories. The Program Manager will delegate these tasks to student workers and will oversee the students’ work and ensure the quality of their deliverables. This position will also maintain the student worker schedule, provide performance feedback as necessary, and approve hours for payroll processing. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related. This position also requires 3 years of experience in the following areas: Social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter/X, including the most effective ways to use such platforms for marketing and public relations efforts and utilizing data and analytics to inform decisions. Identifying and understanding media trends to assist in creating effective marketing strategies Documenting measurements of marketing campaigns utilizing analytical and project management skills in addition to data and analytics expertise to inform decisions. Managing web design and content management systems, particularly Salesforce Full-time.
