Pearland, Texas, Description   The Director of Sales is responsible for the implementation, support, analysis, execution and training of the Cornerstone Healthcare group business development initiatives in their assigned market for our Assisted Living and Memory Care. The candidate will participate in creating sales and marketing plans, build, expand and achieve movie-ins, occupancy, and net revenue goals. Working with the Operations team as a key team member to support and lead the sales and marketing effort that complement the location’s initiatives.  The candidate will also support Cornerstone Healthcare’s Business Development mission through active participation in the design, modification and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.  The candidate will actively participate in networking and outreach to build a steady referral base for our community. Qualifications        Minimum Qualifications: ·       Promotes and motivates sales/marketing and other key staff in referral and move-in development. ·       Tracks referrals sources and trends for growth opportunities. ·       Provides guidance, training and support to clinical liaisons and ED on marketing/business development activities. ·       Performs networking and outreach initiatives to build referrals and lead generation ·       Ensures proper administration of policies and procedures utilized in providing a central intake and move-in process for the facility. ·       Establishes move-in goals for the facility, monitors on a daily basis, and intervenes when necessary to overcome shortfalls. ·       Serves as trouble-shooter for occupancy-challenged facility and implements strategies for improvement. ·       Develops measurable performance standards for facility business development marketing team. ·       Communicates Cornerstone’s mission, strategies, values, philosophy, expectations and culture. ·       Perform additional duties as assigned ·       Ability to project a professional image     Education and/or Experience:     ·       Three to five (3-5) years of direct sale, marketing or occupancy growth in a Senior Living environment preferred. ·       Direct experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care preferred.
